Hey woman! whats new? Just got your reply. I am glad, very glad that you joined us. It helped me so much to know that there are women who feel like I do and I am not alone. You've definately came to the right place! Well, to answer some of your questions. I am not married nor even close. I am living with my boyfriend, however we are not doing so well right now. We argue way too much. He is a very selfish person and I am totaly the opposite. So hopefully one day I will find a great man who will also understand my endo. When I had my left ovary removed it was done thru a lap. I was so suprised that it could be done that way. Well, the doc told me that sometimes in a surgery like that you might have to go ahead and have a laporatomy. Thank god he didn't have to because I already had one of those and it was horrible. The most painful surgery I have ever had out of the 10 total. Yuck. My recovery time was about 2 to 3 wks but I didn't get much relief from that surgery. I think its because there is more endo where they can't see thru a laporoscopy. As far as the docs have told me, there is no endo that has spread on my other organs. I am about to prove them wrong though. I am having too much trouble with my bowel movements and urinating, and much more. I know my body and its telling me something is wrong. Have you ever seen the movie that Belle and Monica made? Its called: "Endometriosis: The Inside Story" It has alot of info and stories from real women. It is awesome. I have watched it so many times. The reason why I asked is because you said that your husband was understanding but really didn't know much. This video will help that I am sure of it. He may not know what the pain feels like but it will show him exactly what is going on inside your body and what the pain does to us etc. It is packed full of endo info. Let me know if you are interested. You can buy it over the net. Well, Sorry this is so long. I will let you go now. I hope you are feeling okay. I think that you are making a right decision. Please call on me anytime sweetie. Pain free wishes!!! Your fellow endo sister, Kristi R.
