SweetOceanBlue, Please ask your Doctor to refer you to a pain management center and try the "trigger point injections" I promise you they will help with you lower back pain! You'll notice a difference because the injections numbs your nerves! Just give it a try and let me know! I get six injections my lower back four on my left and two on my lower right, I just point to where my lower back hurts. You have to try it!!! I'm not doing to well either, not looking forward to my Lupron shots but I seem to have no choice at this time and having problems at work and my boyffriend left me and I hate being fat! and I'm so tired all the time! I keep my faith but it is so hard and I wish I had a husband to be at my side! This forum has help me so much and please take my advice and try those injections! Pain free wishes and keep me posted!
