Hi T noe, I have extremely bad back pain covering my whole back, a lot of times seems to be radiating on more of the left side, but anyway I had a hysterectomy on January 15th and at first I felt pretty good, but that was only about two weeks, and I think it was because of all the good drugs I was on is why I even felt good in the first place. My doctor thought I would be feeling better right away, but but him and I are no longer speaking to each other regarding the issue, because he hasn't done anything about it. It's almost like he didn't believe me or something. My rheumatologist thinks it's Fibromyalgia, but who knows. Anyway, I'm not really sure what piraformus mean, where is that? I know my doctor doesn't think it's muscle pain, he thinks it might be something on the inside is that makes any sense. Were you diagnosed with anything else besides Endo? And did you also have Adenomyosis(spelling)? Would love to find out more info on ya. Hope you feel better. Talk to you soon, Wendi
