Sometimes very heavy, sometimes very light. Always painful. My cycle also varies from 21-33days. I have actually found that my lighter periods are more painful than the heavy.'normal' ones. Strange but true.I was digx with endo 10 years ago, and have been on hormone treatments, and have had 6 laps. So it seems that there are no rules for endo. Hope this helps.
