I may have endo but am confused. For last year I have dealt with constant lower abdominal and back pain and throbbing basically 3 weeks a month. Then my periods became longer in cycle length,going from 28 days like clockwork to varying lengths from 26 to 31. My last few periods were very heavy flow and cramps. But now this current period was very weird. I had worse than usual cramps for 1 week straight before it,then on day 31 it came. But it was very light & bright pink . Then the next day it turned to dark brown bleeding,but was still light and more thick/discharge like (not like regular red blood).It was so light I could go for hours with no tampon or pad and there was nothing there. Now I am on day 6 and it is still doing this but now I have bad cramps again. Anyone else experience this?? I always assumed endo would mean very heavy bleeding so this seems strange.
