I was just wondering about endo & weight gain and I see all of these posts on the subject.I have an endless struggle to keep my weight under control. Three and a half years ago I weighed 85kg's about212lbs I have lost 26kg's in the last three years, (about65lbs) but the weight is creeping back up again, my tummy looks as though I am 4 months pregnant. YUCK. I have been reading about Syndrome X which is an insulin RESISTANCE. ( MANY WOMEN WITH PCOS HAVE THIS) I DO NOT want to put this weight on again. I am still overweight, but it is at least not OBESITY anymore.
>ALSO.......SHOULDER PAIN: i have been having really bad shoulder pain for two days now, and saw the postings about it this morning. I thought it was stress as I am under HUGE stress at the moment, as our business is not doing to well, and I can't pay bills etc, and my hubby is having no luck in finding a job to tide us over. My health problems are also putting the whole family under stress, so naturally one would asume it is this, BUT: I ONLY have pain in my LEFT shoulder- sooo weired.I couldn't sleep because of it last night. Now I wonder if it isn't to do with the endo(like all the other physical problems) One learns something new each day, doesn't one?
