Thanks for the tips on no caffine and more veges. The veges are not
hard, it's the diet cokes that are tuff! I am reading a book on
nutrition and endo and I just haven't started doing what it says yet!!!
I should start now since I have had surgery three weeks ago (out of
state!) and there isn't any endo in me! I have made some changes: ie:
cut down on dairy and wheat and switch to organic foods when possible.
The grocery bill is a bit more, but it's worth it!
I always like to hear what works for others.
