hysterectomyFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netThu May 24 22:00:46 2001
Thanks to all who responded today to my cry for help. In answer to some of your questions, I am 40 years old, now single, with no children. I always wanted children but it never was gods wishes. I am very lucky though to still be very close with my x-husbands family and I have several nieces, nephews and god children. Needless to say I love them all to death. Its just not like having your own children. I'm having a hard time giving up that option. When I was married we tried having children but never happened. He does have a child, due to an affair while we were married. Needless to say that issue in itself is tough. I have since then found a man who is very caring and understanding. I have alot of pain with my endo and have tried meds, and already a lapo, I'm now at my wits end. I trust my dr. as I have been dealing with this for a long time. My sister had a hysto in her late 20's as well as my mom had a partial hysto in her 40's. Unfortunately I just lost my mom to breast cancer. This whole thing has me at my wits end
