One more sugestion! If you don't like needles...Do Bowen therapy. It is similar to acupressure but softer gentler touches. It puts all the nerves at rest and really helps the pain! Especially if you have endo on that dang psoas muscle! That is the one that goes from lower spine to around inside of hips and olds up pelvic organs! God Bless...Joyce
