There is no evidence that I am aware of that acupuncture cures or slows the growth of endometriosis (at present, the only means of doing that are substantial doses of hormones like Lupron, and even then relief is limited). However, there are a lot of reasons to think it can help, since it increasingly appears endo is a disease closely related to endocrine and immune system functioning, which acupuncture can help. I really enjoy getting it and find it helps me with being healthier overall, and that the stronger and healthier I get in other ways, the better my endo will be. I recommend it highly.
