Has anyone had an endo lap and gall bladder lap at the same time? I need laporascopic surgery for a suspected ovarian endometrioma and will get lasered at the same time. In addition to the typical endometriosis-related female problems, I'm also having terrible GI problems mainly gas and am completely intolerant to fats (I realise these problems can be caused by endo, as well). The Dr did an ultrasound and found three gallstones. I want to have both surgies at the same time and have consulted with a gynecologic surgeon and a general surgeon, who have spoken with each other and say that they can work together on this. However, it has been a nighmare to get this sceduled and now I'm wondering if the sceduling problems are a bad omen for things to come in the OR. Any thoughts on doing both surgeries at the same time?
