I dunno...I looked directly on the insert from the shot while in my doc's office, so I am pretty sure it said the physician...and as I recall, that lady who wanted the shot in the behind, didn't want a "freckle" on her tummy so that she would be perfect in her bikini" Sheesh!! Talk about vanity!
