Hi Marcia, I can't help but be afraid b/c of where the shot is going. I don't like the idea of a shot going in to my tummy. I'm going to consider very strongly telling my dr about that. And one of the girls from the UK that I talk to a lot has said that when she gets her shots she doesn't get a local anesthetic.
