Hi Vickie:

I've never been on Danazol, so can't comment on that, but it sounds like your doc wants to put you on an injectable like Zoladex or Lupron, which is injected into your tummy...it doesn't hurt, cuz they numb the injection site first...and the way I always looked at it, when my doc asked me if the injection hurt, I looked at him like he was nuts, and said..."you're kidding, right? it's nothing like my endo pain..." So, personally, the injections aren't painful at all. You need to find out exactly what your doc plans to give you, so you can research your options, and see what is best.
