It can start to regrrow as soon as you have yor next period and shed endometrial cells are 'seeded' into the peritoneal cavity, or if your doc missed any during surgery it could already be regrowing. Are you on any medication to stop or slow the endo regrowth ie: BCP's (birth control pills) Lupron, Danzol ?

Lauren ~ Thanks for the info..................no, I am not on any medication to slow the process. MD said I have minimal endometriosis. At least, he has not suggested any drugs yet. I go back to see him next week.........so perhaps he will then. I hear some women complaining of side effects with Lupron and other drugs used for endo......what is your opinion? I'm glad to hear walking is good. I am a walker anyway.............was walking 4 miles a day 4 days a week before this whole thing happened. Am slowly working up to that again. Thanks again for your help ! Anna
