I started doing leg lifts, push ups, sit ups, and minor weight lifting every day, and seemingly overnight after 2 weeks of this I felt "fatter", maybe bloated feeling!? I continued for 4 weeks straight thinking it was "good" for me, but by the end of 5 weeks I had put on a solid 7 lbs. THIS WAS NOT MUSCLE OR WATER WEIGHT. I cannot fit into many of my pants. I am 38 years old, 5'6" and NOW weight 130 (up from a consistant 123). If this had been gradual I would think it was "age", however the SUDDEN gain baffles me. It has now been 6 more weeks and I am still 130 because I am trying to eat lighter and better. HELP. What happened? And what happened with you, CW?
