Your symptoms are almost identical to mine. I am sure that they are all related. I have been suffering with these for approx 17 yrs now. Have been through many, many docs, been diagnosed with everything from depression to IBS.The back pain is most probabaly endo on or in the muscle of the broad ligament.(yes IN like adenomyosis, only heard about this myself this week!!!) Good luck, I hope you find a competent gyn to help you with this problem, I live in RSA, and so far I havn't had much luck. BUT, there must be help & hope out there somewhere, don't give up ever.
