How are you?
I really would have liked to watch the show you mentioned.
I don't know too much about herbs, but I've heard "Yarrow can reduce
inflammation, relax cramps and ease excessive bleeding".

Also, you might be interested in visiting Julia Chang's web sites - she
overcame
endo with herbs and I wrote about her sites on 4/20/01 in the post named
