Hi Yen and everybody,
Thank you for visiting my web page, Yen. I know the ways of detox made
such a big list, but they also say if you can do just one of them,
you will see a difference already.
I got your e-mail, too and I'll try to send you mail soon.
>Yes, perhaps its time that I try some of the herbal teas -- what does
dandelion tea do?
I hear dandelion is a good detox herb - cleanses the blood and liver,
acts as
a diuretic etc. (But not to be combined with prescription diuretics and
not recommended for people with gallstones or biliary tract
obstruction.)
Some more info at
http://herbsforhealth.about.com/health/herbsforhealth/library/weekly/aa061298.htm?terms=dandelion
I have been trying different kinds of herbal teas and I'm thinking that
I should write about them in my web page soon.
Oh, PEPPERMINT TEA !
It works great for my IBS symptoms. I've read many articles recommending
peppermint for IBS. Some people take capsules of the oil, but again,
personally
I prefer teas as I feel teas may be gentler to the body.
I drink 2 to 3 cups a day and I'm quite surprised at the result..
(peppermint is not to be used by nursing mothers or people with
gallbladder
inflammation or stones.)
I also think these 2 herbal teas are easier to drink (taste-wise) and
easier to
find in stores.
Ciao for now. Take care!
