Hi Andrea, I hope you find this message. I haven't been here for a while, so today, I went back and found your reply. I'm sorry you're so uncomfortable, I ache for you. I'm on day 3 of my flow, and I can relate to bloating, I feel and look like I've gained 15 lbs. in the last few days. Less than a week and counting until my appt... What is that test, and what is it for--I've never hear of it before, only a sitz bath. I've had my 3rd acupuncture treatment, and she used something on me called ear seeds. It's small patches with a bit of adhesive on them. They must push on points for pain control. She has put 5 on each ear. I will get them taken off next Monday. There has been some relief with them. I really like the lady that I go to, and have been feeling great afterwards for about 2-3 hours. The ear seeds are supposed to help extend the pain control. I am just very reluctant to go on hormones. I want to try the natural stuff first. I say "natural", but, I do take Advil when I need to, and being a Wisconsinite, I have to say, I do like my cocktails too. I am careful not to combine the two though. Hope your pain gets better soon.
