Hi Deirdre:

My sister had a tubal pregnancy and ovarian cysts at the same time, with one ovary being totally removed because of so much damage, and the other being partially removed because of another cyst.

>From what I understand, the remaining part of your ovary(ies) will act
just as they normally would do, there would just be less of them. And my sister has two beautiful children 11 and 13, so you can become pregnant with only part of an ovary.
