Hi, My name is Kristene, and I have had great results due to changes in my diet. I took the advice of the endo source book, and new hope book I have been off caffine for almost three weeks. for breakfast oatmeal w raisins lunch- brown rice with steamed vegetables and alot of seafood which I can't stand.
