HI KRISTY I WAS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AS FAR AS CONSTANT PAIN. I GOT TWO BOOKS THE EDOMETRIOS SOURCE BOOK, AND ENDO HELP BOOK. THEY SAID TO CHANGE YOUR DIET. I HAVE STAYED OFF CAFFINE AND AM EATING BROWN RICE AND VEGETABLES AND OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST. INSTEAD OF THE PAIN BEING 24/7 I HAVE A PAIN ON MY LEFT SIDE ABOUT EVERY OTHER DAY. I WAS HAVING SEVERE BLOOD CLOTS WHEN I HAD A BM AND THAT HAS ALSO STOPPED. JUST TRY IT AND SEE HOW YOU DO. THE BEST OF LUCK I HOPE THIS WORKS. T.T.F.N. TA-TA-FOR-NOW KRISTENE L.
