Jamie,

I am sorry for your pain and suffering it really is not fair to be suffering so young. Jamie do you see a pain specialist for the pain from the Lyme disease and now with the complication of endo, maybe a pain specialist would be better so as to control all your pain. I do not know if a hysterectomy is the answer or not, its always a hard decison and a very personal one and one only you can make. Have you got a counsellor someone you can talk to and tell all your fears and worries to. It can help alot. If you need to vent just write away, there is always someone here to help. Take care and we are all here for you. Pain Free Wishes and a Warm Welcome,

Belle

I am 21. I have severe Lyme disease which causes me a lot of pain, chronic migrains, and chronic fatigue. Now on top of that I have endo. I have had a laporoscopy, and was on lupron shots. Now I am on the pill continuously (I don't have a period) I am still in pain quiet a bit though. I've even had to go to the hospital because the pain got unbearable (they had me on demerol and percocet) Now they are telling me that I am at very high risk of getting ovarian cancer because my mom had it. I have to go through this cancer research thing in June. This has all really gotten to me. I am in pain all the time. I really want to have kids someday, but I've been told that between the Lyme and Endo, I may not be able to. At this point I am thinking that I should maybe just have a hysterectomy to get rid of some of my pain, and prevent cancer. I can always adopt kids. I don't even have a boyfriend, let alone a husband. I don't know if I can deal with this pain until I get married and try to have kids. Plus with Endo. supposubly sex can be really painfull. If I have a hysterectomy before I get married I won't have to worry about that. Please give me your support and advice!!!!!!!!!
