Carri, Welcome to the forum. I won't yell at you for smoking. I myself am a smoker. And I know a couple of other ladies are too. 15 years ago we wouldn't have been apologizing for this!!! LOL I don't call my pain shockers. It feels like little men inside me stabbing me. Why do I call them little men? Because women would not cause another women this kind of pain. I have my pains in my lower pelvic area. I have never had shooting pains down my legs. I would try and find a endo specialist, and try and find out if this could be the problem. Unfortunately endo cannot be diagnosed without a laparoscopy. I agree with your husband. Do not go to a pain management clinic until you know what is the cause of your pain. Find a doctor who can help!!!! I hope someone else on the forum will be able to answer some of your questions. Pain Free Wishes, Emily
