Are you on any kind of pill or anything? It almost sounds like breakthrough bleeding, even though it isn't that time of the month. When I used to have periods, that were very light, I would only have a little discharge after urinating, never anything on the pad...I might suggest if you have a tampon (don't use 'em though for real, as I think that's one way endo might spread), put it in, or a little bit of kleenex..I used to do this with kleenex to see for sure if I was having a period, and sure enough, there would be just a little watery blood in my vagina, sometimes a little mucousy, which only came out when urinating.
