I just had a laparoscopy a week ago, and the doctor found some minor adhesions and scarring. I have had a previous lap 10 years ago and had severe endo at that time. My doctor is now thinking there may be some bowel involvement as I am having severe pain and cramping even now a week after my lap. I guess my question is shouldn't they have been able to see if there was bowel involvement during the lap? They did remove scar tissue from my appendix. Anyway just looking for others experiences with this. I have an appt Wednesday to discuss further with my doctor and what we will do next.
