I had a left oopharectomy and tubal removal in 1996. I had a hysterectomy in 1997 and I had lupron, and trigger point shots in the left lower quaderant of my body. I will tell you something I was sick all the time the lupron did not help me the trigger point shots did not help me I finally got an oncologist who did surgery on my left side and removed a large part of ovary which they call ovarian remnant syndrome. I was 28 years old when I had my hysterectomy that I shouldn't have had. No joke you know your body better than they do if you think something doesn't seem right you better seek a second opinion. If you would like more information please feel free to email me at anonymous@obgyn.net I did not get any relief from the lupron, I gained weight and felt pregnant. I also had a fsh and estrasdiol level of still in the mid cycle 1 and 1/2 years after my hysterectomy. amber
