I have had spotting and cramps for a month. I think my friend is back. I am afraid to take anyhting while nursing. Does anyone know how safe the mini pill is in breastmilk? does pregnancy buy time as far as production of damage to fertility(i am considered a mild case but lost an ovary due to its undiagnosis) dont want to lose the other. About how long between pregnancies is considered a safe time before damage is likely to set in? any natural suggestions?
