Conception after Laperoscopy

I am new to this message board, but was impressed by the responses I have read so far. I just had a laperoscopy on Friday and the doctor found I had endometreosis. Apparently one of my ovaries had adheared to it's surroundings. They removed everything they could find. I am in major pain! It feels like one of my painful periods right now. My husband and I really want kids. I have known for some time now that I had something wrong with me, keeping me from getting pregnant. I am wondering if anyone had problems conceiving after laperoscopy. Or if anyone knows of a good site to get some answers. I will be talking to my doctor on Monday, but so far he seems to be generic with his answers.
