Hi, Joanna and everybody,

First, to everybody, I'm sorry that I seem to have sent the same message twice. I was not aware that I did.

Joanna, it looks like you might have seen the posts from Yen and me, but neither of us use primrose oil any longer because it promotes the production of estrogen. Details and my personal story etc are in those posts and in my homepage if you are interested.

I understand that different things affect people differently and that I have been pain-free for only 3 months. I am not in any way recommending anything, it is only my personal story.
