Endo and Pregnancy

I am 26 years of age and hoping with all my heart to conceive our first child. I just had my second operation, laparoscopy and presacral neurectomy, and so far it seems to have been a very positive thing to have done. There are improvements in my health already which is wonderful. More endo was found during this surgery. At my last surgery I was classified to have mild-moderate endo, and I am wondering how the new findings may affect that. It is such a balancing act to decide how to proceed after surgery when the desire of our hearts is to have a child. How does one balance what is best to treat my endo and prevent reoccurance while trying to conceive? What have you learned abour reoccurance and time lines? I have read a about a "window" of opportunity after surgery, what have you heard? It would help so much just to hear from you. With appreciation.
