Hi Joanna:

I will have to go to the health food store this weekend to see the names of some of the supplements I took to let you know. Just remember, try to research anything before you take it...I would imagine there would be a website for herbal supplements, but I don't know what it is. Some things help, some don't, but again, everyone is different.
