I read a little about it, but I was wondering what herbal supplements have you been taking (along with diet)? 6 month ago I had been taking Vitex and special kind of multivitamins and it seemed to decreased the amount of pain, although it had not been eliminated. After 3 months I stopped, because I had laparoscopy and my doctor put me on Alesse. Would anybody be willing to recomend some herbs/natural supplements?
