Welcome Trisha:

You've come to the right place. All the Angels are here to help and listen. You don't say, but why didn't your doctor do anything when you had your lap? Was it just to fix the ovarian cyst? You're doing the right thing by reading and learning as much as you can. Lupron is not the best thing, as you can see if you read some of the posts here (altho it works for some). Excision by an endo specialist is the best way to go. It doesn't sound as if your 2nd opinion doctor is an endo specialist, although I could be wrong. If a specialist can get it all, you stand a good chance at being symptom-free. I recommend Dr. Redwine in Oregon, as he is one of the leading docs in excision. Check out his website at http://www.scmc.org.

Anything we can help you with, let us know. Glad to have you here. :)

Marcia
