Hi there Sui:

You're welcome. I'm so glad you are pain-free :) :) Even though you are active with your dogs, I have found that you need to add something extra to what you already do to rev up your metabolism. Try the weights?? or something else that you prefer.

About the HRT, I'm not sure, but some probably could deter weight loss. Go to this website: http://www.nlm.nih.gov and click on health information, then the drugs section, and look for the one you are on. It should list the side effects, etc.

Thank you for asking about me. At the moment, I seem to be keeping my pain controlled, and lately, most days it seems to be minimal with a few flareups. I was prescribed an anti-depressant a few weeks ago that is supposed to help with pain control, and I think it is starting to work (much to my surprise). I am trying to get to an endo specialist, and now have to fight my HMO, so am probably in for a long battle.

Again -- glad that you are pain-free, and hope you stay that way!!!

Marcia
