Yes! The same thing happened to me. I had surgery at the end of October
and started Lupron. After my 3rd shot, I went 3 weeks feeling better than I
ever had. On the 4th week though, my pain got intolerable. I went back to
my doctor who scheduled me for surgery right away. Sure enough, my right
side was covered with adhesions and my left side was covered in endo again.
I asked him what our next plan of attack was and he said that we have tried
everything. The only thing left is to wait it out and if the pain comes
back, take everything out.

Colleen,
My doctor also told me that my pain would be knocked out by Lupron even
though I continued to have pain throughout the shots. Needless to say I
fired her, she consistently would'nt listen and insisted on putting me
on BCP's which I could not tolerate. My new gyn finds it interesting
that after my 3rd shot of Lupron, my pain subsided and then came right
back when I was due for the fourth shot and continued from there. This
ever happen to anyone?
I am now faced with a second surgery, lap, possible oopherectomy (my
left ovary keeps getting adhered to the bowel because of endo), possible
laporotomy and possible hysto ( I consented to all of the above because
I do not want to keep having surgeries over and over. If things look
bad take care of them now.) Keeping my fingers crossed.
