Re: Feeling lost

Tammy, Have you tried working with your diet to see whether you find some pain relief? From what you describe, it does sound like you still have endo. I can understand your loss of hope when you've had a hyst and yet still suffer from endo pain -- unfortunately, you have much company -- many endo sisters are in your shoes. I can't excise your endo but I can urge you to change your diet to see if it could possibly lessen your endo pain. Perhaps you have seen posts titled "I'm in much less pain" -- Pep and I have been communicating about how a change in diet has greatly helped to lessen her pain. Many have been helped by eliminating dairy and other items from their diets. If you're interested, check out the post below -- do it for a few weeks, you have nothing to lose (but constant severe pain). I hope it helps you -- it has helped me (although that darn pain has reared its ugly head the last couple of days lol).
