I was not able to do much for about 3 days (I slept a lot), but the biggest problem for me was gas/bloating/fullness in my abdomen. I had also constipation from pain medication (stool softeners are helpful). One hint: do not drink any citrus juice after you wake up from the lap (I got severe nausea after I did it). Good luck.
