Hi Joyce,

You are very welcome. I hope it is able to bring you some relief and soon. Yeast infections are so miserable and we can also do a few other things for ourselves to help get rid of them, for as long as possible. . Make sure your partner is also checked and tested for a yeast infection and treated. . It wouldn't hurt for both of you to take the Lactobacillus acidophilus for a good 3 weeks . . The Lactobacillus and acidophilus can be made into a paste and placed on a tampon and put inside of you. Remember a bleach free tampon is essential Bleach free tampons are available ) . Make sure you boil your under wear and make sure it is hung outside, in the sun, to try and kill the yeast infection. It loves to hang around in our underpants and we then re-infect ourselves and our partners. . Buy yourself cotton underpants as these breath easier and are more hygienic for us all, than non cotton underpants. These are just a few ideas on how to get rid of and manage our yeast infections. Best Wishes,

Belle.

Hi Belle, thanks for the info on Lactobacillus acidophilus. I keep a yeast infection from all the hormonal changes my body seems to go through with the prescribed hormones or just on its own. I'll definitely look into this....
