Re: Endo after Hyst? Help!From: wanda (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Feb 25 17:55:03 2001
Kathy, A hyst is not a guarantee that Endo won't return or be somewhere else in your body. Endo can grow on your bowels, bladder, uterers<SP>, and anywhere else that it may want to attach its ugly head. There is no "cure" for Endo....unfortunately. My thoughts and prayers are with you!! Help! Hi ladies, I need some help. I had a total hyst 10 yrs ago for severe endo, adhesions etc. Was on estrogen for all that time up until about 7 months ago. The reason being my pain came back with a vengance and I was diagnosed this time with IBS (who isn't). I don't buy it. My symptoms are very similiar to before the surgery. My question is this.. Are there any women out there who had reoccuring endo after all estrogen was stopped? Appreciate any response. Thanks very much. Kathy
