A scan revealed that I had an ovarian cyst on each ovary, one was 4cm and the other 5.5cm. They decided to remove them via laparoscopy. following the operation I was given an injection of Zoladex in preparation for Endometrial Ablasion. could someone please explain this procedure to me and if it is advisable.
