Taking your organs out does not mean you will be endo or pain free. I heard the best thing is to have a full blown laparotomy where the surgeon cuts you open from side to side and cuts all the disease out. The problem is that it may be deep in your peritoneum and just a laparoscopy will not do the trick. That is what my latest doctor said, anyway. I know a woman who just had a hysterectomy and her pain is back. Be careful and do not assume that it will just all go away. Look around for a GREat doctor who knows how to find the endo and dig it out.
