about to have first laparoscopy

From: Sharon (anonymous@obgyn.net)

I am told I probably have endo, looks very severe on the ultrasound, and will soon have a laparoscopy. My doctor says he will take out anything that looks like it needs to go on the first operation, including ovaries and uterus if necessary, with my permission, of course. Is it worth it to try and keep your organs if you risk it coming back? I don't want more than one operation! I want this gone. I am 30 years old with no children yet, but would be perfectly happy to adopt if need be. Please help!
