Hello! I know I have posted a few times already. I had my 4th lap a few weeks ago and then at my follow up appointment I was complaining of red and soreness on the outside of my vagina. Actually I have been like this for a long time. Well they did a swab and I came back positive for ureaplasma. They said that hardly any doctors test for it and it is something that has no symptoms, but is a bacterial infection. SO me and my husband have to take medication for 14 days and then I have to have another culture done. Also my nurse told me if not taken care of it could cause me to be infertile or cause miscarriages or something. Does anyone else have any info on this? Or has anyone else had this? She said lots of women have it but most doctors don't test for it. She said most of the women see for endo at their office have this at one time... Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Andrea V
