Just had first lap...need words of help,support and comfort

I just had my first lap and had enourmous amounts of white endometriosis masses, around my ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus,etc. What do I need to do in these days that follow my surgery and what do I have to look forward to? I'm still in pain and started my cycle the day of the surgery. I am prescribed Lortab for the pain but it wears off fast. What do I need to do to relieve some of the discomfort. I had an awful lot of endo lasered off and am still bloated in my abdomen. Thanks Ladies
