Dear Kim:

I wonder whether you may have irritable bowel syndrome as well as your endometriosis. I do, and I know part of my symptoms are an extended tummy. I usually know when it's IBS pain instead of endo pain, as it is a different sort of pain. If that is the case, you may need to change your diet a little (you can search the web for IBS to see if you have any other symptoms). You don't say if you are constipated or get diarrhea. I take a psyllium in the a.m. to stay regular (as well as to not get stopped up from pain meds!). I hope you feel better soon and get some answers.
