I have previously been dx. with endometriosis through laparoscopy. In my first operation my endometriosis was cauterized, but in the months that followed my condition became worse. I did not experience a reprieve from the pain despite the surgery and it returned following a course of Lupron. I would really like to hear from anyone who has had a Presacral Neurectomy, about the operation, the recovery and their personal experience with the procedure. With much appreciation.
