I know exactly how you feel, and quite honestly if I had a friend like
that I wouldn't consider her a true "best" friend. Of all of my
friends, I really have only found one person in this world that is my
true "best" girlfriend. A true friend supports you no matter what. I
am going through the pain again now myself, and if I didn't have the
support of my friend and my husband I don't know what I would do. You
cry like a baby because it hurts so bad, there is no cure, and you
always seem to end up where you started. The surgery that I had gave me
relief from the pain for about a year and a half. I am now talking to
my doctor about a second one. He is sending me to an infertility doctor
and they are going to confer about what to do, whether it be another
surgery that they perform, or send me away to a guru. He has mentioned
presacral neurectomy, which I guess is severing the nerves at the back
of the uterus to eliminate the pain. If I do this, is that a totally
good thing? What happens if the adhesions keep growing and I can't feel
them? Will that cause problems?
Anyway, back to your problem, it sounds like endo to me, but I am not a
doctor. You need to get some relief from the pain before you lose your
mind.
