Re: Questions about Depo Lupron side affects?

Hello Wanda, I was on Lupron for 6 months, I did very well the first three months. Some mild hot flashes, and joint pain, the endo pain went away though. I thought I was my old self again! on the fourth month my doctor gave me a three-month injection. That's when everything fell apart! I had heart palpitations, severe joint pain, weight gain, very moody, extremely fatigued. My doctor gave me a low dose of estrogen well then my endo pain came back. If I had to go back and do it again I would! Except, I would take monthly injections. Once it is in your system, you can not take it out. So, I suggest taking 1 month at a time, and see how you do. Good luck! Please feel free to e-mail me any time.
